Development Coach / Peptide Consultant / Mom-a-ger
I quite literally crawled out of the gym and wellness center I had worked so hard to build—just one day after teaching a kickboxing class, barely able to make it home. What I initially thought was the flu turned into the longest and most difficult 20 years of my life. I lost my business and, even more devastatingly, my ability to do the one thing I loved most: working out.
At the time, I could hardly care for my two toddlers. Doctors suspected cancer, but no answers came easily. So I took matters into my own hands, beginning a relentless journey to uncover the root cause of my illness. In doing so, I earned what I call a “proverbial PhD” in integrative and functional medicine. I was eventually diagnosed with an autoimmune condition—something that’s life-altering on its own. But just as I began to get my health under control, my oldest daughter began her own battle with autoimmune disease and chronic GI issues.
Through it all, raising my two beautiful daughters—Gabriella, now a registered nurse, and Sophia, a collegiate athlete soon to be married to a wonderful young man—has remained my greatest joy. My passion has always been to help others ease their suffering and live full lives.
My professional journey began in Baltimore, MD as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. I moved on to manage fitness facilities and eventually owned my own health and wellness center. Going to college for Occupational Therapy and having firsthand experience navigating my own and my daughter’s health challenges, I began using my knowledge to educate and empower others. Most recently, I worked as a liaison for compounding pharmacies, educating physicians and medical clinic owners about IV therapies, bio-identical hormones, and peptides.
There’s so much more to my story, but in short: I’ve combined my education, lived experience, and years of research to help others not only optimize their health, but also master their mindset through development coaching. I am deeply committed to guiding my clients out of pain and into purpose-helping them transform suffering into strength.

Susan Tramazzo, APRN
Hello!
I'm Susan Tramazzo F-NP, and as a nurse practitioner focused on holistic wellbeing, I'm so excited to be a part of the amazing team at DG Health Consulting. We look forward to getting you feeling your best!
I have been working in health care for over 20 years and love my calling. I knew from the time I was 6 years old that I wanted to be a nurse and take care of others. I spent the first 7 years of my health care career as a pediatric oncology registered nurse, which gave me an incredible professional foundation.
Later, while in graduate school, I taught undergraduate nursing students, helping to pass on my love for nursing to a new generation.
Once I became a Nurse Practitioner, I spent 3 years in the specialty of infectious disease.
After moving to Jacksonville from Washington DC in 2013, I spent 10 years with Baptist primary care in a busy family practice office.
I started with Aquarian in January 2024 and have loved every minute! My experience gives me the confidence to give patients the highest quality medical care. While my passion for what I do gives me ability to care for every aspect of who an individual is, not just physically, but spiritually, mentally and emotionally as well.
Aquarian is the perfect place for me to provide the kind of care that I love to give.
Outside of work, I love walking, praying, reading books, watching true crime (I like to think I would have made a great detective), and more than anything, I love spending time with my wonderful son! He is my joy.
I'm grateful for your trust in me and look forward to partnering with you in your health journey.
